Project Proposal

The purpose of the Project Proposal is to provide a (relatively) simple way to submit a suggestion for change to the FFCoVE.

We need just enough information to understand what your proposal is about. Don’t go into too much detail – it’s possible that someone else has already got a solution or is working on one. If so, we’re happy to put you in touch with that organisation and you can decide if a) their solution will work for you or b) you want to join that initiative or c) you just want them to keep you informed of progress.

If there isn’t an existing solution or initiative, we’ll send you a Project Definition template asking for more detail (as a draft because there will be a following activity to finalise it). Once you have returned the draft Project Definition to us, we’ll prioritise it based on the strategic priorities at the time and action it accordingly (keeping you informed as we go). If it’s a brilliant idea but doesn’t align with the FFCoVE’s strategic priorities, we’ll take it to the FFCoVE Board anyway to see if they’re happy to approve an exception. Either way, we will let you know the outcome.

We are a small team with an aggressive programme of work. Please be patient, it may take a week or two to respond to your suggestion.

If you have any questions, please email them to info@foodandfibrecove.nz – we’ll answer them as soon as we can.
